Inserted into new server >rebooted >entered Bios >disabled all Legacy USB options, thus leaving only UEFI USB options • 3.) Saved settings >rebooted >booted into Server 2012 R2 setup from USB drive • 4.) Deleted old partitions >went back a step >followed these instructions: (may be redundant, but not sure, did it anyway.) • 5.) Created a separate partition just for the OS like everyone recommended. Gave it 150GB which is more than enough for me. • 6.) Finished setup >entered OS >went to Disk Management >had to create a new Simple Volume from remaining space on Disk. • 7.)
